*Job Description:*
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial management, taxation, and team leadership, along with hands-on expertise in QuickBooks and Odoo ERP.
As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with tax and audit requirements, managing client relationships, and guiding junior accountants to achieve excellence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy across all financial records.
Supervise and review General Ledger, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
Actively work on QuickBooks, Odoo, and taxation activities.
Produce accurate financial data and troubleshoot mapping and ledger transaction issues.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit standards, and internal control systems.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, text, and email, ensuring high service standards.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for financial planning and reporting.
*Requirements:*
Qualification: ACCA or CA Inter
Experience: 10–12 years in accounting, auditing, and finance (preferably in a managerial role)
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Odoo ERP (mandatory)
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent client-handling and reporting abilities
Age: Above 33 years
